Type of a scam Employment
I applied to a job on indeed.com stating it was for office clerk/receptionist/bookkeeping. I received an email stating that according to my resume it looked like I was great fit for the job and to IM this person for a brief interview online using yahoo messanger or google hangouts. I did this and we messaged back and forth. She explained the duties and pay and said I would go thru 5 days training then they would send me a check to cover expenses for computer software, fax machine etc. The pay was extremely high for this position. She also said they were building an office here in my town and I would work from home til office was ready then I would be instructed to work in the office. Til then I had to report every morning to get list of duties. The office would be ready this month which is why I’m wondering why I would need to go get all this software to work from home. They emailed me an employment form which I had to sign an send back today. That form had alot of errors which was another red flag.
