I am doing this report on this person go goes by Cole Porsche is a total scam watch out with him he operates on Craiglist claiming he is owner of properties. At first it seemed legit because he send me an application of a home for rent I submitted then the next day I asked him when he will make a decision he said I was approved for the property. Here is the catch shortly after letting me know I was approved he told me to sign the lease then he said he would let his company contact me with details and where to send the money instant I knew this was to good to be true. I told him it seemed odd for him and his company to be asking me for money right away. Well I did my research and typed the home address online in fact it is showing for rent but not for the price he said which he said $1700.00 but the actual price of the property is $2095.00 the address of the home is 267 Acacia St, Pomona CA 91767. Don’t be fooled by these person. I am glad I caught it be careful!
