Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
I applied to be a mystery Shopper for Kroger. I received a check via Priority Mail in the amount of $2500 along with a letter with no letterhead to go to Kroger and buy $50 in merchandise and to keep $350 for myself. This just sounded wrong so I did some research. I did not deposit the check .
