I used this company’s website to ship two cell phones to them that they gave me an estimate of $40 for. I shipped the cell phones and did not receive any correspondence from the company that they had been received. I repeatedly called and emailed. I received only 2 emails from this company. The first appeared to be an automated email that the phones had been rejected. The second email was from an individual saying that the phones needed to be "unlocked." I immediately took care of this and emailed the individual back, but there was no follow up. I recognize that I won’t be paid for these phones, but I do think that buybackelectronics.com is a very poorly run company with no way of following up and getting a straight story. You’re better off not using this terrible company.
