On Nov. 2nd received a phone call stating that windows on my computer was comprised. After which I searched the internet for services. At this time the site showed safe. I was told by the technician that they represented Microsoft and could remove all infected areas and give me a 5 year contract for $399.00 after negotiations. I made the mistake to allow them access to my computer where they scanned and added different types of malware programs and scanned the history of my computer. Also had me to sign a contract for there services with my signature. After completion of services he installed a phone no. on the low bar of my computer so out of out of curiosity I did a search on all the phone numbers they all showed up as possible scams. I canceled payment placed on credit card. Thanks to this foolish mistake I am a victim of identity theft. Site initially showed up as Hawaii.
