I "ordered" a very nice incense burner from them through facebook cuz my Mom wanted it for her birthday and was charged an overseas fee as well as the cost of the item. That was 4 weeks ago with no updates no nothing from them beyond a order confirmation. I finally tried contacting them to fid out where my item is and email address they used does not exist and there is nothing beyond their website to even show that this company exists, and they only sell 2 items. the first red flag should have been that they didn’t even spell incense right on their pngage. just trying to save someone else from being ripped off and receiving nothing for their money
