Bruce Carter called from area code 404 on my work number. He asked for me by my maiden name. I told him no one worked here by that name. He then asked to speak to my HR department about the process for serving papers. I told him he had the HR department and he would not give me the name of his company he just kept saying he was Bruce Carter. The next time he calls my work number I am going to file a lawsuit against them for not following the FDCPA.
