I purchased a smart watch from BroBro gadgets online July 2018 I could not get it to charge I called and service rep told me they had problems with this watch She told me to try again this time it charged I kept it until time to charge again It would nor charge I called and they said I could only return in 30days I returned 9/27/2018 returned paid return postage have receipt It was no good I asked for repair or replacement as I needed for Blood pressure measuring and fitness They refused and kept my watch and my money I tried to contact company asked them to return my watch I paid for no response very poor customer service BROBRO Blood pressure smart watch With Heart beat and blood pressure measuring I did not receive watch in a timely fashion had to email several times to see when it was coming never got it back or money. They ignored me
