Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a lacefront, dark brown wig from their website advertised on FACEBOOK on July 14th, ORDER NCB028#6356. I received a wig on approximately August 6th, and it was NOT WHAT I ORDERED. It is not a lacefront and it is a bright, ugly brown. I contacted them via email on August 8th to inform them of the mistake. I forwarded the confirmation email of my order (that had a picture of the ordered wig) and attached four pictures and a video of the wig they sent me. The company responded on August 9th and stated

"Thanks for your support and concern on our store But we can’t receive your photos ,so could you please offer us two pictures? One for

the tracking number attached on the parcel, and another for the item that you received. We will give you best solution. Thanks!"

I responded with confusion about them stating that they could not see my pictures, yet were asking me for two more pictures. At that point I asked for information regarding returning the item and voiding the transaction (and getting my money refunded). They emailed me back with

"I have checked the website that you bought the item, it did have some misleading problem. In this case, how about we provide 3 USD

discount for this order, and you can just keep the item. According to our substantial experience, it will cost you more than 20USD for

shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee. We will reflect this problem to our

manager, he will fix this problem asap, and we won’t let it happen again. And we sincerely hope you can understand and agree.

PS & Kindly Reminder: Please do not send the item back until we authorize the return with the returning address in the email. Also, the

address on the package is not our returning address, do never send the package to that address, or we will not be responsible for the

loss."

Of course keeping my money is completely unacceptable. So a consumer buys an advertised wig, a cheaper, ugly wig is sent weeks later after the money is collected, and then the company says I would have to pay 20.00 to send it back which isn’t feasible so they give me a $3.00 credit instead?? Great scam. Lesson learned: Do not trust the advertisers on Facebook!
