My name is *** ***, the real owner of the FCC licensed broadcast company Tiki Island Radio and it’s creative works including “The Tiki Island Radio Bar & Grill.”
The name of the person who created the page at the above link is U.S. citizen Brian Nichols.
Brian Nichols does not have our expressed written consent to use our company name or it’s creative works.
The radio station does not have a contract with Brian Nichols, nor do we want one with this person.
Brian Nichols is not an owner or partner of the station and never has been.
The manipulated tiki icon image on this page is a direct violation of copyright law. The image belongs to Big Sams Raw Bar aka Big Sams Inlet Cafe & Raw Bar in Virginia Beach, VA. Brian Nichols has the name of my company (Tiki Island Radio) written on the image. I can be sued for that.
Brian Nichols pretends to be me……
Brian Nichols is currently under investigation for multiple repeated stalkings of females in Sosua Dominican Republic while pretending to be me (I’ve never been to Dominican Republic in my life). Police reports have been filed with the Tourist Police and the City Police in Sosua, Dominican Republic. One of the victims eventually found out who the real owner of the station was and provided me the full details of the incidents. I immediately notified my attorney (contact info below), provided the full details and per his request filed a report with a police detective.
The radio station issued a press release (listed below) as a matter of public safety as well as for the safety of the victim and to minimize collateral damages from Brian Nichols actions.
Brian Nichols also uses his personal Facebook page to continue his fraudulant behavior with the
misuse of my company name and it’s creative content as well as to taunt his stalking victims with intimidation while launching threatening attacks on me personally and against my company.

PUBLIC SAFETY / TRAVEL ADVISORY ALERT
A police report was verbally filed on 1/03/2017 with the Tourist Police of Sosua, Dominican Republic acknowledging repeated eyewitness accounts of stalking of a female by U.S. citizen Brian Nichols currently residing at the *** *** residence across from the Cucu Bar in Sosua, Dominican Republic.
Brian Nichols currently operates a bar inside Beachway Plaza directly across from the future location of Gorditos Fresh Mex Food. The bar has no signage to identify itself.
It is highly advised that female residents of the Villa Flor neighborhood and visitors to Beachway Plaza exercise extreme caution during the day and especially after dark.
Sources in Sosua have confirmed that Mr. Nichols misrepresents himself as the “owner” of Tiki Island Radio (a popular internet radio station on the Tiki Island Radio Network) in an apparent attempt to re-sell the newly built bar using the radio stations publicity.
The radio station has expressed grave concerns that Mr. Nichols has used it’s friendly programing and likeable social media presence in conjunction with his misrepresentation as “owner” of the station to sell the newly built un-named bar to an unsuspecting buyer.
The station has stated publicly that Brian Nichols is not an owner or a partner and never has been.
The station has requested Mr. Nichols immediately cease the use of one of the shows names “The Tiki Island Radio Bar & Grill” including images of it’s likeness on social media and has informed Mr. Nichols that the name and the stations brand are protected under International Copyright Law and that the U.S. Copyright Office has been notified and that the Dominican Republic and the United States have an extradition treaty. The FCC has also been notified of alleged unscrupulous business practices and possible criminal activities in conjunction with the use of an FCC Broadcast Licensed Station.
The Tiki Island Radio Network has stated that “public safety is first and foremost” and that the following actions have been implemented.
