Type of a scam Romance
I met this person on Plenty of Fish website a few weeks ago. This person claimed to be a chemical engineer and said he was contracted through Murphy Oil and was working through Chevron. This person claimed to be granted permission to start up a petrochemical plant in Bejing, China. A few weeks later, this person started asking me to send him $500. After I refused, he became verbally aggressive with me. I then stopped all contact with this person because I believe he was trying to scam me out of money.
