Type of a scam Online Purchase
I contacted the company to purchase a teacup Yorkie… I did a Walmart to Walmart transfer and the guy emailed me and said that the puppy was ready for flight and that I would be contacted by the courier service for further details on tracking number and pick up information.. I then later received a phone call and email from Pet express transport service at www.expresspetdelivery.com asking for $780.00 for pet insurance that would be refunded when I picked up the puppy.. phone number from the call and website for pet transport didn’t match and when I called airports in VA none of them use that pet delivery service.. I then contacted the seller via email due to 100% money back guarantee within 30 days.. Seller then told me that he has 30 days to refund my money but I would not be getting a full refund due to paperwork, vet records and owner ship documents. I did first ask about going to the residents and picking up the puppy and they said it would be easier to ship it.
