This website claims to be a secondary ticket vendor. I paid money for 3 tickets to a local concert. I never received the tickets, even though they claimed to provide them via e-mail. They refuse to refund the money.

I was looking for tickets for the Washing Nationals vs Atlanta Braves, on a Google search the first thing that come up is Box Office Ticket Center. I went on the site to find tickets after In purchased them about 15 minutes later I realized this is not the Nationals website. After some investigating I found out this company just takes consumers money and actually get by with taking consumers money leaving the consumer with no recourse. The tickets they supposedly sold me was for June 22 at a 4:05 game, there is not even a game at that time on the 22nd. How can these companies stay around and continue to take consumers money with no consequences? When I called them they just said all sales are final….sales for what a non existing game. Why are these thieves not shut down. It is currently in dispute with the credit card company. I have not lost the $416 yet but it is still being disputed…..
