I tried to get extra internet service which I do often and it only cost 13.00 10/5/2018 they charged me 70.00 for the same service. I called the bank to stop the transaction and was told it would take 3-5 business days and to call the merchant to see if they could stop it today. I called the Boost Mobile 800 number an d we went in back and forth for 2hrs and they wouldn’t return my money. next I, called the bank a week later and was told they didn’t reimburse me my money. So it was suppose to be credited to my account. now it’s a month later and they tell me on 11/5/2018 they did not receive money from the back . It was taken out of my account and wired to them on 10/5/2018. now my phone is off and they won’t turn it on or give me my money back. I called 11/5/2018 and that is when they decided they never received the money but prior to they had my money.
