They have an app that is heavily promoted on social media and in the promotion they tout their free trial. Once you sign up they automatically debit your account, so the free trial is non-existent. Their instructions to cancel your subscription are to unsubscribe via the Apple App Store, however if you try to it’s not possible as they don’t bill you through apple. I’ve contacted the customer service multiple times for them to manually cancel my subscription and have never heard back, still having my account debited monthly.
