I ordered an item from the facebook ad on Feb. 13 with the response that the item would be here in 5-7 business days. It never arrived. I have several emails to them asking for a refund but all they will offer me is a discount on my next purchase! They took my money with no intention of sending the item, why would I want a discount on the next purchase that will not be sent!??!!

This company is a fraud! It came up in a suggested post on my Facebook with plenty of great reviews. All of the bad reviews were being deleted in real time, but I took my chances. I have ordered a product and paid for it via PayPal. I have proof it was deducted from my checking account. I never received shipping information OR my product!! I have pages and pages of emails and documents proving my purchase AND my attempt to resolve the issue. This company only responds with an automated email which is literally identical for every response, although it is sent from different customer service reps each time. There is no phone number on a single email from them, no number on their website. I found a number through my PayPal invoice and it is not in service! In fact, I did some further research and it was originally registered to an out of business jewelry company. I started commenting on their facebook photos and posts trying to get an answer and I was literally blocked and all my comments were deleted! I have even been blocked from reviewing, sharing or liking their Facebook posts. It’s bizarre and absurd! I have filed a fraudulent claim through PayPal and my bank. It is a SCAM!

This company advertises major discounts on multiple items on Facebook. When you place an order it never arrives. If you contact customer service they tell you it was delivered and offer you a credit but never a refund. There is an entire Facebook page dedicated to warning people about this scam and yet they are still in business. There is no address or phone number on the site.
