This man, Kevin Pasey from Blues Art Productions showed up at my business location and introduced himself as an artist and owner of a company. I needed some new signs and he agreed to make them. He request a first installment of $200 and a few days later another $265 paid by a check. He assured me that the signs are being printed by a company in California and would be ready within days. It’s been 2 months, he is not answering the phone or responding to emails. He cashed the check.
