I cancelled a maintenance agreement after I signed up for it in May 2019. I was required to pay an activitation fee of
$ 189 and I agreed to pay 93.77 a month. In July 2019 I received a letter from the company telling me that they were having to up their monthly fee. I called them and they then stated my fee would be lowered to $87 a month but I would have to pay another activitation fee of $193. I declined and they kept baggering me into taking out another contract. I hung up on them. On August 7 I received a call from them and left a message on my machine asking me to call them but I ignored the message. . This morning August 8 I got another call and did not answer it and have since blocked the number. I believe the company was trying to rip me off.
