I was given this womans name Connie Howard with phone #262-333-7752 to ask about grant funds she was an agent for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She replied she was an agent for the foundation.She told me that I qualified for the grant funding of $100,000. I had to give her my home address so that the FedEX driver could deliver my pkg within 24 hrs. Then was informed I had to pay shipping fees and case file which was $1,000.Connie kept telling me it was 100% real.On 11/3 Connie texts to tell me that the IRS has stopped the FedEx truck and they want $5,000.We don’t have that kind of money.Connie said "we" have paid the $5,000.on 11/5.Now the need to Stamp the Certificate before FedEX can move thats $1,200. I paid that.Connie still telling me this was 100% legit and real.Now $500 for gas. Still no delivery. I’ve already sent $2,700. On 11/29 Connie tells me the FedEx drivers were in an accident and both were killed.The firefighters took the pkg and wants $8,000 for it to be returned.Told her again I don’t have that kind of money.Then it goes down to $6,000.Connie tells me I need to compensate the families of $1,000.Still no delivery of said funds.Now another FEDEX truck with flat tire. Now Connie tells me I have to pay for hotel rooms which is $750. She tells me they can’t sleep on the road very dangerous. I told her I would pay $250 and that was it.I asked her who the driver was coming here and she tells me the dead FedEx mans name.On 12/19 she tells me they will start out again and by Noon on 12/20 I will get delivery.On 12/20 she texts me to tell me the drivers have been stopped again by OPC in some town.They need to pay to pass through the town.Then she tells me they were arrested because of where they parked. Now $800 is wanted. By now I’m done. I tell Connie I’m done. I want all my money refunded to me. $2,950. she said the Board was OK with that but NOW I had to pay $650. to get my refund. That’s why I am writing this. I have to pay to get MY money back.

Type of a scam Government Grant
I have been receiving text messages from a woman saying that she is with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and that they, along with Warren Buffett, are giving away $50,000 to senior citizens. She said that all I would need to do is fill out a form with my contact and banking information and send them a delivery fee of $300. There is no address to send the money to, I have to call them to receive further instructions. I have not applied for any grants.
