saw A video on Facebook of the toothpaste they’re selling and I decided to give it a go. It was quite cheap so I took a chance on it.
I waited for a few months and I almost forgot about it, this wasn’t before their advertisement popped up to me again and I decided to give them a quick email.
I was given a tracking number that didn’t work and then I was assured I’d receive my package.
I left even more time, almost into another year and I’ve still not received my package and I’ve sent them a fresh email detailing my issue.
I don’t have any hope this will be resolved, however I could really benefit from my £20 back. That’s 4 hours work for me and I don’t appreciate having to spend even more time corresponding with these people over email.
Additionally, their website appears to be down, which is even fishier.

I placed an order in June, for magnetic eyelashes which I thought looked interesting and wanted to try them. The price was reduced and looked reasonable at around $20 it wasn’t a huge investment. So I place the order with the company using my credit card, and waiting for the product to arrive. I noticed on my bank statement that the money had been taken out of my account, and I tried to follow up in July when I hadn’t received the product yet. I was told that it takes 10 to 20 days to ship and it had been right around that time frame so I waited a little longer. Still nothing. In September I wrote a letter to the company saying I still hadn’t received my product, and they said that they would investigate, and then replied that it had gotten lost in shipping. So they would re-send it and I would receive it in a couple weeks, well four more weeks went by I still didn’t have the product and they still had my money, and I was getting very frustrated. I wrote several emails to the company because that was the only contact I had, and I received a response saying they would look into it and put it at high priority and I would be receiving a response back from a supervisor. That was in early October, End it is now the end of November, and I still have not heard anything or received a refund for the product that I never got. I sent them a very scathing email and told them I would be reporting them to the ScamPulse.com and telling anyone and everyone about my bad experience and deterring people from ordering product from their company. They are just another Internet scam company, advertising lucrative products, taking your money, and then never sending the product. What a bunch of thieves! Oh and the picture is of nothing, because I received NOTHING!!!

Someone named Mara responds to my emails and says it is being delivered or tracking but it never comes and says there’s is no item found when I click the link. I ordered this in June and never received it but they took the money out of my account.
