Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered an appliance on-line from BestDealAppliances. Received a confirmation and then two days later received an email stating:

‘the order cannot be completed. While our website may have indicated an in-stock status, one or more items in your order were not in stock at the time your order was to be fulfilled. Your order cancellation will process today, and we are currently processing your refund. However depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 7-21 days for the money to be available in your card balance’.

It has now be 30 days, and no refund was ever received on my credit card. I tried to reach BestDealAppliances by email and get no response. There is no website available.

As the image attached indicated, after I purchased through their website for an air conditioner, they sent me the email said that they don’t have the product in stock and will refund the money into my account. However, in the bill of my credit card account of last month, the $84.99 was still taken and not refunded yet. And now when I try to get to their official website, the website is not working. Thus, it’s a scam. Their email said that they were ill refund the money within 7-21days, I paid that on June 29th. This amount of time is enough for them to take the money out from their bank account. Thus, I want to know whether I still have chance to get my money back after two weeks.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was searching for a vinyl cutter online to purchase. During a regular search this site had come up in the section (shopping) and seemed legit. After making a purchase with them I recieved what seemed to be a proffesional email no grammer errors or anything of that sort. The email stated "we apologize for any inconvenience as the item you purchased is currently not in stock we are issuing you a refund in full". At this point what caught my attention was the fact that they said in the email depending on my card issuer the refund may not be available in my account for 7 to 21 days. I also realized they had no phone number and soon after the website was taken down. Its now been over a month and no refund. I contacted my bank and also will be reporting to the state of Florida.
