On July 1, 2020 I ordered Xbox one with 2 days free shipping and payed $ 197.99. PayPal sent an email that transaction went through . Needless to say that I went through like other people. After a complaint with PayPal, sending back small plastic thing to China got that the dispute is in favor of seller. Is there anyone who got money back? Please share!
I ordered a Nintendo Swtich Lite on July 10th. They specifically said they would send me an email of my tracking number and receipt, but I did not receive anything ONLY the Paypal email notification that I had bought something. I waited weeks and did not receive anything so I emailed the this fake [censored] company “Bestonlineshop” saying hey I haven’t recieved no tracking number of my order and all they told me was that it was all due to covid-19 it may take long, so I waited a couple days to email them AGAIN about how I have not gotten my tracking number. They send the EXACT same email as last time not even answering my freaking questions. Months later I did not receive the Nintendo so I talked to by bank about how I never recieved the Nintendo, they refunded my money. Another month later on October 14th they reversed that money because that STUPID fake company told them “we delivered the item to them” I did not receive that Nintendo, BUT in return I received a stupid stingy iPhone 11 case from China Post. I was basically stuck, so I decided to call Paypal (which idk why I didn’t in the first place) I told them what happened (how i did not get my Nintendo) and they told me I already had a case open for this which I guess the case from my bank also links to Paypal cases. I told them how they lied about getting my Nintendo delivered but instead received that iPhone case and they decided to change the case title to getting something else then what I payed for and they said they would refund my money within 5-30 days, this was today October 14th. Hope this can help anyone.

I filed a claim at PayPal and it took forever and they finally said it was ruled in their favor on 9/16/2020! I called and told them it never came, so they want me to get a letter from USPS about this and then call them back to appeal it! I am in shock they are still doing business with this company as it’s a scam! I wish I had seen these posts before I ordered it BUT I felt that Pay Pal was a safe and secure company and would refund me if there was fraud like Amex does! I will never use PayPal again!
I bought a Nintendo Switch for 300$ which is a normal price for that system. I filed a complaint with PayPal after 3 weeks of mot receiving the product. (it said free 3 day shipping). they told me the would contact the store and see what was going on, and if they didn’t hear back from them in a week they would refund my money. I waited two weeks and called PayPal customer support. they told me the company shipped it so all I had to do was wait. I waited another 4 weeks and the i got this small phone grip in the mail. I contacted PayPal again and filled another report. once again PayPal informed me that I would have to wait a week for the company to respond. two weeks later PayPal informed me that if I showed them proof that I shipped this item back they would refund my money. when I got to the post office they informed me that it would cost upward of 250$ to ship it. when I asked PayPal about that they pretty much told me I would just have to eat the loss, after countless weeks.

I bought from this online company since Paypal is permitting them to use Paypal as a form of payment. Not so! On July 20, 2020 I ordered a Nintendo Switch with 4 different joycons totaling $327.95. It advertised a 2-day free shipping but after placing the order I noticed that there were no order confirmation from the company itself and just Paypal’s email letting me know that the charge has been made to my account from shopping with *BESTONLINES. Okay, I thought maybe there was a glitch. I waited two days for my items to arrive and nothing. I filed a dispute with Paypal. Paypal gave it 10 days and provided a tracking information stating the item was delivered on August 17, 2020. I do not have the items and it is so disheartening because that was meant for a birthday present for my daughter. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and also states they cannot determine that there was a billing error made. I trusted Paypal to use all its knowledge and ability to protect users and failed to do so. What an awful way to cover your own behind Paypal especially during these difficult times.
Purchased a PS4 for $79 at a website I found on a google search for a PS4. Clicked the link in google search and it took me to opensea.xyz. This gave me a ton of options all the way across the board in the PS4 realm, and even PS5 options. I really should have known then, that it was a scam. But my eyes were bigger than my wallet so to speak. I made the purchase through PayPal. Got my online confirmation. Yay. I am getting a PS4. Ok, so 2 weeks later, no tracking# or response about further info. I start emailing them over and over. No tracking number or anything. 3 weeks in I dispute it with PayPal. Immediately after the dispute is started Beat Online Shop responds by putting a USPS tracking number up. I checked the number and it states that the item hasn’t been picked up yet. Looked each day for a week, and no change.
I figure pay pal is going to have my back, so I forget about it.
2 days ago I see that the dispute has been closed in the sellers favor. WTF?
I call pay pal, to dispute this, and they said that it was closed because it says my package was delivered. Huh?
I look at the tracking number and sure enough it has been delivered. Odd?
I finally look at the description of the package, and it says that packets (packets, plural, as in several of them) had been delivered. What the heck?
How is my so called PS4 going to be delivered to me in packets? Should be a large box.
After calling PayPal back and explaining all this to them, ( I think some lady in the Philippines ) she tells me that I have to go to the post office to get some sort of paperwork to fill out and then submit to them.
This is the part where the scam really works. No one has time to do all this running around, and I don’t either.

I purchased a Dyson vacuum through PayPal for 285.00$ on July 13th on July 17th I sent an email to PayPal saying that I felt something wasn’t right because I hadn’t received a confirmation code or anything else. I have been going around and around with PayPal and even sent a picture of what they sent me! NOW they are telling me that I need to file a police report and send them a copy and they gave me a website to do that! Hahaha as if I’m gonna go to another website they provide! Ever since my purchase, I have received hundreds of spam calls and even had 2 fraudulent purchases on my credit card! I filed a claim with my credit card company and now I am going to file a claim with Better Business Bureau on PayPal! I think they need to have a Class-action lawsuit slapped upside their head because they are fully aware of what they are doing!
I ordered a Nintendo switch lite and received a cheap silicone phone case. I have waited for 2 months to get it. Very upset, this was for my granddaughter’s birthday.
We got the same run around (ordered a Switch and realized after paying that it was fishy, got a dispute response requiring return). We called PayPal, explained what had happened, and told the whole story about the site being gone, the worthless product we were sent, and the cost to return that garbage. PayPal CS ran it up the chain and got approval to change the dispute to a full reversal in our favor.
If you end up in this situation, call them or use the account help messenger to talk to a rep, don’t just accept the “return” proposal!

I was told in order to get my money back I have to send the cell phone cover back to China. After that Bestonlineshop has to confirm the receipt in order for me to get my refund. Okay, so they already scammed me, who’s to say they wont lie, and I will never see my money. Not paying for shipping, so now I plan on reporting PayPal to the Better Buisness Bureau.

I recieved my package, but it was a $10 phone case. The tracking number even matches with the one that was suppose to be for the Playstation. I tried to contact PayPal so I can give them this information, but was unable to talk to anyone. Tried to add info to my case online, but was unable to do that as well. Please whatever you do, don’t order anything from cutlerytray.xyz.

On 7/16/2020, I placed an order for a Nintendo Switch on a seemingly legitimate site, but with (in retrospect) an illegitimate name "collarextension.xyz" (now a dead page). After placing the order using PayPal to pay for the purchase, I attempted to contact the seller to cancel the order due to buyer’s remorse. This email never received a reply. I also tried to email the support listed on the web site. This email bounced, leading me to believe that this was a scam. I immediately disputed the transaction with PayPal. I hoped that PayPal would stop operations with the seller and prevent others from being taken. The seller instantly replied to the PayPal dispute with a tracking number. The package arrived on 8/4 and turned out to be a "Mobile Game Handle," probably worth less than $1. The image of what was received is attached.
Further research on the PayPal user’s forum revealed others had had similar issues with this seller. These reports began in May. No one on the forum seemed successful at disputing the transaction, so I disputed the transaction with my credit card company. I have two complaints. The first is obviously against the Chinese company that ran the scam. The second is against PayPal, who I believe had complaints about this seller but kept processing transactions for these criminals.

I had a similar experience recently. I ordered a Nintendo Switch from this shop on July 16th. After a week of no notifications from the seller re: shipping, etc., I attempted to call the customer service number on the website. I got the voicemail of a woman who sounded very frazzled in the recording, saying that this website had hijacked her phone number to use as their customer service line. She has no affiliation with the company.
I received a tracking number from the seller after filing a dispute with PayPal. One month later, I received a small package with a cheap plastic iPhone cover. No Nintendo Switch… I reported the item to PayPal and the seller agreed to offer a full refund after I returned the package to them. They provided an address that was fully printed in Mandarin script.
At this point, I am contesting this as a fraudulent transaction through my credit union.
This site is indeed an absolute scam. I ordered a nintendo switch Fortnite bundle and did not receive tracking info until I submitted a dispute with PayPal. When the “package” arrived it was a 2″ envelope with a 25 cent silicone piece in it. PayPal is giving me the run around about giving me my money back.

This company has no interest in sending a confirmation, or shipping information–and clearly has no intention of shipping the Play Station. From the complaints above it appears that PAYPAL does not treat this as a problem. If they had at least severed relations with a potential scam company, I would not have been able to place my order through them. It looks like PAYPAL takes no refunds when buyers have been scammed?

PS4 PRO advertising through Google search as rehsion.pw. Upon purchase and email is sent showing the purchase information was received but they are waiting on confirmation before payment. Grammar is lacking and there is no additional contact information. Tracking number not sent to buyer. Upon fifth attempt to contact seller via email attached to PayPal, a response was sent that appeared to be automated blaming the delay on COVID19 Restrictions and stating they would urge the post office to send the product as soon as possible. Well that is not possible. Anyways, the website as of today no longer exist. And is rerouting to gamebasepie.com. the message reads 404 page not found. I’m pissed because I called myself saving money and ordering for my son’s bday.

Advertised PS4 system for 199.99 I ordered it through my paypal for my grandson supposed to have 2 day shipping. I recieved confirmation that order was received, and waited for email of order shipped. 5 days passed with no response so I looked up info on co. to inquire, it gave a Pennsylvania phone number that was not in service and the address is for the Amazon warehouse in Arizona. So no way to contact them. I looked on ScamPulse.com to find they are not accredited and are only valid since 6-27-20 my order was placed and funds removed from account on 7-13-20. With no info to contact this co. I began a claim through paypal. So beware of this site it has many sister sites connected, will wait for response from paypal hopefully will get my money back but this site is definitely a scam!!!

I ordered a Nintendo Switch game console for a birthday present and even paid extra for 4-7 days shipping. Website advertised it would ship within 24 hours of order placement. Birthday has come and gone and now, after 3 weeks still no sign of shipping. It is clear they are selling a hot item that they do not have in stock. They do not respond to emails and have since put up a disclaimer on the website claiming shipping to the US may take 1-5 weeks ! Why would someone pay extra for shipping if it won’t ship for over a month ? They are ready to take your money, though ! If I don’t hear back from them in two more weeks I will contact fraud department at PayPal so I can at least get a refund. What a bunch of crooks. They even keep changing the website name every couple of weeks, but I recognize it every time. PayPal receipt shows Best Online Shop, website says Tianjin Changjia Trading Co., Ltd. They also go by nintgame.com and mywitchs.com. Don’t get scammed by these criminals !

On or about March 14, 2020, I contacted PayPal because the vendor had not mailed what I paid for. The vendor told paypal the product was in the mail. Received next email stating order accepted by Best Online Shop with only option to reply to the Chinese email account above. Few weeks later received 2 blue, baseball hats with odd letters (mock up of NY Yankees maybe). These were supposed to be 2 NFL NO Saints fitted hats. Cost was $41.98; now, Best Online Shop & PayPal state I have to return these items at my cost ($50 shipping & tracking at USPS). So, I’m being asked to spend $50 to ship junk back to China to receive $42.
Feels like bait-n-switch and just a scam or purposeful fraud. Thx.
