I received a phone with a voice mail saying that a civil suit was filed against me and to contact them at 912-809-6011 immediately, or I would receive a summons at my place of employment and to have two forms of ID when in court. When I called I was told I took out a loan in 2012 that was unpaid. The address they had on file for that date was more than 7 years out of date and the bank account number that was supposedly collateral for the account had been closed two years prior. They claimed letters were sent to an e-mail address, but I never received anything at the e-mail. I even checked to make sure. When I requested a clearer explanation I kept getting put on hold, and then I was put on hold for a long period of time and then finally no one ever came back on the line, so I hung up.
