Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw an advertisement online for a skin care product, supposedly through a company established by Lara Spencer of the Good Moring America TV show. I did a search for Bella Radiance and they had a sight for a free sample but they did charge shipping. I’m sorry to say I "bit"!! I did receive the product and loved it!! It’s now a month later and on my credit card was a charge for $88.75 and 89.93 for the two products I received. I then realized I had been scammed and called my credit card company to ask them to not accept any more charges from that company. They said they could not do that. I called both of the numbers listed on the credit card bill. Had to wait with music for about 5 minutes. A lady with a foreign accent asked for my zip code and name. Then, amazingly, she could no longer hear me!! "Customer, can you hear me, I cannot hear you!" Then the phone went dead. I called the second number and it had the same music and the same lady answered. When she asked for my name and zip code, I replied with a question about the company she was representing. Low and behold she could not hear me any more and the phone went dead. I feel that the only recourse will be to close my credit card account, which will make a small hit on my very excellent credit report. Can’t believe I fell for this!! I guess it will be a hard lesson! I certainly hope this scam can be shut down! Thanks for you attention to this problem.
