I’ve had the same exact problem as hundreds of others!! I have ordered from her numerous times. In the beginning I had zero problems I always received my items, shipment was slow but my order was fulfilled. Her *** group became bigger and she could no longer keep up with her orders so she just became a scam. You would order and within minutes she would message you asking for payment you’d send her money and she’s nowhere to be found. I’ve emailed her at least 10 times on both emails shes provided and no response. I’m sure they "got sent to spam" like she claims for everyone else although she just so happened to block me on social media after my last email. Surprise surprise. I’ve been waiting on these orders since April and May I think its been way past her 5-7 business days. Ive yet to have a response from her since she sent part of one of my orders I’ve even emailed her in the same thread we had talked in before. I’d comment on photos to email me and they would be deleted within minutes just like everyone else’s. Something needs to be done with her so she quits stealing everyone’s money. I will expect a refund and boutique credit will not be accepted because the "boutique" is a total scam!!

I REALLY wanted to prove all these complaints wrong however, I was duped by Tina Enos and her sham website belladawnboutique.com. on 8/13 I placed an order for a item that "just came in". I waited several days with no update ony order so I emailed Tina on 8/22. She informed me most orders take 5-10 business days to ship. Fair enough…. Finally 8/30 I email again because it’s clearly past the 10 business day window and she informed me the item I ordered was "back ordered and would ship the following week". I waited TWO additional weeks still with no item. May I also point out her business is based out of hilmar, and I live in Modesto which is less than 20 miles from each other!!! I emailed Tina on 9/11 being a little more assertive on wanting to know what’s going on with my order, only now she’s ghosting me. I field a fraud complaint with this bank and will be receiving my money back. If I would have received ANY sort of tracking number or ANYTHING I would be happy to withdraw my claim. Bella Dawn Boutique sucks.
