I googled a Fitbit Alta and found one $20 cheaper than anyone else on their site. I ordered it then got a confirmation by text with a four digit order number. I didn’t hear anything else for over a week. Next they sent me a tracking number and my item was delivered in a Kohl’s package with someone else’s Billing name and address. The shipping name was the same as the biller but had my address and the tracking number they had given me on the package. I took it to Kohl’s and they said that Bee Go must have hacked the billers Kohl’s account and ordered my item using her info and credit card. It’s a scam. They sold me something that they used a hacked account to send. Do not order from them

I ordered a carseat from this website but then I cancelled the following day because I found one cheaper I contacted them through email they claim to refund my money back in 7 days it took 2 weeks just to get that email now they will not answer my emails I had to contact PayPal and file a claim on them because I still have not gotten my refund back yet and I’m still trying to get them to answer I know now that this is a scammed website. Do not shop on this website.

I purchased an item from this website and never received it. The item was "shipped" and "delivered" to somewhere in Maryland and I live in Illinois. The support email does not respond and the phone number listed on the website is not working. I should have looked into this before ordering. PayPal is not refunding my money because the seller provided a tracking number – but I guess PayPal doesn’t look into the actual delivery address/state. I am furious.

Tracking number showed TWO shipments – one received and the other REFUSED. Neither involved me. Emailed a second time and received one word response "wait". Phone number is not valid. I can’t reach anyone to discuss order.

I have not heard from them since the order. I have tried emailing them at two different email addresses but no response. I tried calling the number on their website but it said it is not a working number. I am currently working with Paypal to try to get my money back.
