Caller refereced his claim (searched complaints) but number was invalid
I explained we do not have claim IDs – was he looking for a complaint or a review?
He started asking personal questions and gave me a bogus call back number and claimed that he was from BBB builders claim.
Kept talking because he had a heavy accent which was hard to understand. I made sure I could hear him as I would any other caller but before I realized this was a scam, he got my name and business name.
