I was looking for a maltese puppy, and I found this website that sells maltese puppies must cheaper than others. I contact them and they say because the Breeder is retiring so they drop the price and give me a free shipping coupon.

After I paid with zelle, a shipping company contact me and gave me a website of their company (barizairtransportation.com) and a tracking number. They also told me that I need to pay a $1800 deposit that is refundable for the AC ventilated carte through MoneyGram or WesternUnion. Two days later, they told me that the puppy is in transit in Montana, and the Montana pet safety quarantine commission asked me to buy a life insurance for the puppy in order to leave for the next flight. And I need to buy the $2000 insurance from the transportation company. I said I don’t have any money left. The transport agency told me that I can buy a VIP pass diploma instead to waive documents which is $900 and $800 is refundable. The most important thing is they never send me details of the shipment. After this, I finally know it is a scam.
