apparently one of my good friends was hacked and the message about this grant appeared to come from her – they asked for address and email then proceeded to tell me I qualified for this government grant designated to help pay bills, etc. – you were asked if you wanted cash or a check and the amount of the grant depended on how much you paid as a clearance fee.
