Never received the panda bank, opened a case with PayPal, they contacted the company who supplied a Royal Mail tracking number, I’ve just checked this number and it says something was delivered, only problem is the sorting office is near Birmingham, I live near Manchester, the company is a total scam

Back in October I purchased what is called the "Novelty Panda Coin Bank", from a company name "BAMBOORAMA", I received the bank, but didn’t open it till before Christmas to install batteries. At that time I tried it once, and thought "how cute is that". Christmas Eve came, my niece opened it. She loved it, I proceeded to show her how to use it, we used it 5 times and on the 6th try it made a funny sound from the inside and stopped working, staled half open. I sent (2) emails to the company to either receive another bank, or to inform on how to ship bank back and get a full refund of $22.50. I emails have been unanswered.
