BabyTimes Orignials had an ad on Facebook, and since I am pregnant it looked great. I bought a "full body pregnancy pillow" and a changing mat. I received the pillow and it is the cheapest made pillow I’ve ever seen. The cover is made out of cheap sheet material and it is lumpy and flat. It also is not near a full length body pillow, as it only comes to mid-thigh (and I am short). I called but that refers you to email them. I emailed and someone initially emailed me back but would not give me where I can send it, instead they wanted a picture of it. I’ve emailed them 4 times since with no returned emails. I also never received the changing mat. I saw the ad on Facebook again and commented on it, hoping that they would see it and email me. Instead they deleted my comment and blocked me from commenting! I spent $*** and just want my money back! I said below when asked that I only lost $***, because that was the cost of the mat I did not receive, but I feel like I lost the whole $*** since the pillow is just going to be thrown away.
