I ordered a car seat and a stroller three weeks ago. My card was charged the same day. Shipping was free. The delivery info said 3-5 business days after payment has been received but I haven’t received any of the products ordered. I contact the business numerous times with no success. The phone number is missing a digit and the business address has two different states. I replied to the email I received with the receipt. No response. I also submitted emails through the website. The email has a weird address name, [email protected] I didn’t receive a shipping conformation at all. This is scary and I need all the money I can get because I’m expecting soon. I feel terrible. Being scammed for the first time… horrible feeling.
