Baby Blossom was a small business operated out of Fairfax, VA ("Northern VA") that exclusively sold baby supplies, such as cribs, strollers, etc. The store was in a shopping mall and it had been around for years. The owner, David, was a very friendly and extremely knowledge person about everything that he sold.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positive nature of the store ends. David uses his legitimate knowledge of baby products to convince new parents to order high priced items, like strollers and cribs. He operates an online store in addition to his physical store where, in both cases, he accepts pre-payment for products — like every store out there — that he never actually orders on your behalf, thereby stealing your money under false pretenses. He then pretends to have ordered the items and tries to string you along as long as possible, presumably to get you outside of the 120 days to easily dispute credit card claims.

If you have done business with him and you were not one of the lucky ones that did receive a product from him, then you should immediately dispute the credit card charge because his physical business has closed up while offering the false hope that it will return via a slip of paper on the door.
