I order a simple poster 6 MONTHS AGO, the package got lost, and I never received it. I sent like 10 emails to AZ CUSTOM to the customer service and they just keep ignoring me. One advise : don’t buy with them!
Ordered a Mother’s Day print three weeks before Mother’s Day. Didn’t receive it. Finally in June received the wrong order. Took awhile for them to get back to me. July. I sent them the information on what the print should be. It’s October. I still haven’t received my correct order and I’ve emailed them 4 times. Nothing.
They are very dishonest people. They stole money from me. I am a 70 year old woman. They are not nice. Do not order anything from them.

I ordered mother’s day gift and for almost 15 days they had not yet been made, there was no arrival date and no updates. It was an ad on Instagram and I wanted to do something nice and ordered 4 separate canvases that for different people in my family. Still waiting on updates. The confirmation email just said “thank you for your purchase!” I didn’t think much at the time but now I see the flaws.

This scammer was advertising through Facebook. I went online and purchased $135.13 worth of items for Mother’s Day gifts on 4/21/20. I received a confirmation email for my order. I have to date received nothing. I have reached out to them via their email provided and their contact form on their website and no one gets back to me. Today I decided to google more about them. Their address is 1300 Rosa Park Blvd in Detroit, MI. I googled that address and it came back with a completely different company that does not sell the items I ordered. I have called My Locker to inquire why their address is affiliated with AZ Custom, but no answer ever. I checked my PayPal and their is a different company listed for the charge. That company is HQTEE. I got their website and sent them an email asking why they charged my account when I ordered through AZ Custom. I received an email that stated HQTEE was undeliverable because the address does not exist. Now my theory is that all of them are SCAMMERS!!!! Do not do business with any of them.
