I invested with a cryptocurrency mining company called AWS MINING. I purchased 2 contracts with them; the 1st for $1,960 in October 2018 and the 2nd for $4,000 in January 2019. The contracts promised a return of 200% in a 15 month period. I began withdrawing my earnings in 4 separate occasions which motivated me to purchase the 2nd contract. I ended up withdrawing $1,808 and by early April 2019, all accounts were frozen. I contacted AWS Mining (now AWS Capitol Group) several times inquiring about my frozen account. The only way to communicate with them is through email and social media. As soon as I knew it, hundreds of people went on Facebook complaining about the same issue. The company informed us that there was a glitch in their system and the website was inactive because they were in the midst of launching their new website under their new name; AWS CAPITAL GROUP and that all accounts would be up and running on their old website by May. Then by late May all contracts were closed and cancelled but they promised to repay everyone the money they invested by June 1, 2019..
That never happened. Now their support team has asked each investor to write them an individual email summarizing the amount of their investment only to invest this money on their latest website and products. This is absolutely unacceptable. I just want the money I invested returned to my savings account but it seems like that is not even an option at this point from them. I need your help!
I would like to receive the balance of my investment back of $4,152, to make me whole again. I do not wish to ever do business or invest with these SCAMMERS, ever again. Can you please help me?!?!
I finally made it to plan2 40%. I kept paying them so I could withdraw from my investments. It only took 10 months. But it still wont let me withdraw. Now I have to pay 10k for plan 3 in order to withdraw. Doesn’t say that on their webpage at all. All lies and deceptions.

This was NOT explained to me at all.

4. Each plan you are working with has its minimum and maximum transaction clearly stated on the homepage ( different information is on the home page then on the page I login too.)
