They are selling software that says you can copy items from your ipod and other devices.
You have to buy before you can get a registration number to make the software work.
The email you receive says to copy and paste the registration number into the appropriate block
under your name. You can not copy ANYTHING into this block. Consequently you can not enter the registration number manually. The company, called AVANGATE at http://www.avangate.com/ will insist they have sent you your registration number, but of course it can not be entered in to the software. PAYPAL closed the case because nothing happened in 20 days.
