Many many people on Facebook have been scammed by this company. I spent over $100 with them and never received 2 items I ordered! The one I did receive was a very cheap, handmade dress with no tags from China. SCAM! Buyer beware.

Ordered two what looked to be beautiful dresses on 7/8. On 7/25, received items which do not look anything like pictures on website.

I believe I came across the company through a sponsored ad on Facebook. I ordered a dress and it charged my card (dated 7/15/19 for $31.99) and sent me a confirmation email with a tracking link (dated July 16th). I have yet to receive the package, and the tracking link in my confirmation email now leads to the following message: "warning: potential security risk ahead." I then decide to go to the website in attempt to track my package and the same warning shows up. Unable to find any viable information or websites to try and obtain a refund at this time.

I purchased three dresses. The one I received is nothing close to what was advertised. I never received the other two dresses, though they claim they shipped. Their website shows a 30 refund policy. After sending an email, I received an auto response saying that clothing purchased using a promo code is not eligible for a refund. This was not disclosed upon purchasing. I suspect they have fake followers and fake positive reviews on FB.

There was an ad on Facebook for a dress from this company. I ordered the dress, read many reviews of 1 week shipping, 2 week shipping, and quality items. It has been a month and I still have not received my item. The "tracking page" is a generic Chinese parcel service, when the company states they work and ship out of Salt Lake City, UT. The falsified tracking data hasn’t updated since my order. When going to the website, it’s automatically blocked by Google for an unsafe site in the past 5 days. At first I thought it was just an accident, but then going to facebook, there are no new comments, and now a private group solely trying to alert people of the scam. Three people have received the dress they say feels like sandpaper, and many others like me have waited months and never received the product. Upon trying to contact the company, no-one gets a response, and upon posting to the FB comments directly on the ad, all the negative reviews are deleted and those users blocked from commenting. The "company" also now has a few new names they’re trying to sell the same products under, all with the same story that they’re operating out of Salt Lake City, and the new "company" immediately blocks all the prior customers trying to review. The company was listed as Auburn Rose Boutique but my billing statement was Brielle and Co, and the new company is called Violet Sage. The stock photos are the same, and the complaints on the private group are all the same. I currently have a dispute filed with my credit company trying to reverse the charge.

This online boutique claims to be a small business run out of Salt Lake City, Utah, when in reality they are based in China. They have operated under numerous names at this point including – Brielle & Co, and Choco Cream. The items they sell look nothing like the pictures and come straight from China taking over a month to get to you. They do not respond to any messages and tell you to reach on on Facebook. When you try to do that, they do not have the ability to accept messages on their Facebook page, so then if you try to comment on any of their posts they delete your comment and block you from commenting on their page.
