I purchased a Schwinn ladies cruiser bicycle @ 94.49 online and payed through PayPal and got a USPS tracking number on May 10 th 2020. Soon after I got the realization that it wan NOT UPS and emailed Hogomoses twice but without success. I got to hear from the post office that the tracking number corresponded with a delivery of a .3oz package that was delivered to a different recipient at a different address on May 20 th. Soon after I filed a dispute with PayPal and send messages on their website to Ashley Purser, who never responded and PayPal as well, but no response from either of them. Then on PayPal community I noticed a similar complaint from someone who found out that the tracking number of the product was an old one from 2 years ago, for a letter size packet instead of a swing set! I reported that to PayPal in a claim and I was cut off instantaneously from the dispute/claim stating that they decided in favour of the seller because he/she provided a "valid"? tracking number. I tried to call PayPal but got at a dead end, because their options for dispute are predetermined, no more choices left to approach this injustice.
