AFTER I got a free trail (and could not take their supplement because it made me feel sick) ,,, I cancelled around the 18th or 20th of December ,,, they said it looked like they had already sent another bottle out to me, I said well OK but as of today I’m canceling everything… When I saw my account was charged AGAIN I called again … THEY told me : I did NOT cancel anything & they would not fix anything , that I should have called and cancelled (I DID) 2 different reps. told me I was in the wrong and said they were not going to do anything to help me. One even laughed/snickered at me… now I can not find anywhere online to do any kind of review or complaint to worn others that they claimed I didn’t cancel all of it. Just so they can get another $155 out of my account. and from what they said the Original price I would Pay was not correct, they charged me a lot more!
