to accept my winnings i needed to select which Courier option normal Class delivery in 72 hours , three working days , mailing freight cost $200 ,Insurance fee $130 ,Vat (5%) $60 Total $390.00 Dollars , so they wanted me to send them $390.00 in order to get my prize , so i figured you shouldn’t have to pay anything if you have won such a prize in order to receive it.
