Type of a scam Online Purchase
Placed a order for a Power Wheel part that was shown in stock and avaliable. Paid for parts with credit card and waited for the parts to arrive. Parts arrived on time, box was open and slight damaged probably from the shipping company that just left on porch with no signature? But the real issue was that the part that was ordered was incorrect.
No problem it happens but when i go to return it for the correct part all of a sudden that past is unavaliable and not avaliable from anywhere. They knew this prior to shipping but greed took over, so now shipping needs to be returned then after they process and restock they will issue a credit to my credit card (probably weeks from now). They should have called/emailed and said the part was discontinued and cancelled the order, but they rather ship some random item in hope i will keep it or not say anything. WRONG
