Type of a scam Tech Support
Customer called and said he was with Microsoft and my computer had a lot of errors on and told me how to look at that and we went thru and they were on my computer with viewfinder and scanned. Showed that I needed a Microsoft security software put on my computer but needed to pay first, 300.00 and my card would not go thru tried PayPal checking account ETC and had me send a check to the above address. Was on the phone with them all day and would not give me a phone number to call back. Talked with a Steve Wilson but had an accent but any message I received back was from some foreigner. Said he was in California but wanted me to send a check to the address above and when asked about that they said it was their billing Dept. They also have my SS# as they wanted to verify that I was a senior citizen, questioned again and said there were a lot of people out there that say they are seniors and are not. Should have hung up then. They did call me. Am stopping payment on check and getting a new debit card
