Type of a scam Online Purchase
in January 2015, I purchased a software download from a company called "ANYMP4" based in the Netherlands. The day I purchased it, i immediately went into their system and deselected the auto-renewal feature because I only needed their software for the project i was working on at the time and knew i would not need it again. Now, here it is a year later and they charged me a renewal fee AGAIN. i respectfully explained this and requested a refund but they refused to give it to me, no matter if i needed their software or not. There should be laws governing this type of action.
