Do not buy from this alleged company it is AKA Nora Cora located in china. The owner emailed me several times pretending to be other people. The garbage that they sent took nearly 1 month to receive and looked nothing like the photos. The fabric, stitching nothing like what was shown. The pictures are false advertisement and the items look nothing like the photo. They are using another companies photos. The name was just changed to Anne Cloth. They should call themselves Bad Cloth, bad liars, bad business practice! GARBAGE!
By the way they are now offering 1 day shipping. Save your money and time. Don’t ever buy anything from them! DONOT BUY FROM NORA CORA, ANNIE CLOTH OR ANY OTHER AKA’S
I have been asking for a refund by email since December because they don’t have a phone contact. They also used a fake address in the states that was verified by the BBB as a gas station. They have numerous complaints filed against them with the BBB

RUN AWAY
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ACCORDING TO ONE CUSTOMER THE COMPANY COMMITTED CREDIT CARD FRAUD ON THEIR ACCOUNT. THERE ARE OVER 100 COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST NORA CORA , ANNE CLOTH ( WHO EVER THEY PRETEND TO BE) THIS COMPANY

I can’t believe I have been taken twice in a almost a month but it happened I placed 1st order November 14th they ask for street address but I get all mail at post office. They sent money back I tried again 2 weeks later and now I’m looking for my order and nothing has been sent so I’m going to get my money back again I guess

Three days ago I received a sweatshirt from Annie Cloth that I did not order and do not want. Right away I alerted my AARP Visa and they are checking into it. Also I contacted PayPal and they are also checking. I was told by both not to pay it. Annie Cloth said the following “Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.

Since International returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.
I don’t know what to do. I know I did not order this because I would never pay $10.99 shipping on a $13.99 item.

Complete and total scam!

When order didn’t ship for weeks I cancelled the order multiple times. Then it shows up. Not at all like what was represented…trash can junk. They want me to pay more to send it back then the original price.

They won’t talk by phone and can’t speak with management. They call me the wrong name even when corrected repeatedly. Tell me my order number doesn’t belong to them and I need to contact a different company. They answer their emails as Annie cloth, zolucky, and another company I don’t remember right now.

They operate out of China.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!

Taryn – Oct 27, 2020

I ordered a $120 worth of items from them through a PayPal purchase back on mother’s day, and I never received a thing. I contacted their customer service which was a series of emails. They finally came up with a US Postal Service tracking number that stated it was delivered. After going to my surrounding neighbors houses and asking them if the package was deliverd to them, I decided to go to the post office to see if they had it. The post office told me to cancel payment to Anne Cloth. I went through PayPal to reverse the charges, they investigated my claim and favored Anne Cloth. I then went to where I never had to do before and canceled it through my credit card company. It took a total of 4 months to get money returned for a purchase I never received. This companies customer service and package tracking is nothing to praise. I never complained about an online company before because I never got scammed before. I only order from known retailers now.

I want to start out with how much I wish Annie Cloth and it’s other many fraudulent sites were real. They have very cute clothes listed at very reasonable prices. However, when you finally get the order it does not resemble the item. I waited a long time to order the boots and dress I wanted. When I was finally could afford to order my order didn’t arrive for over a month before I wrote emails and threatened them with calling the state attorney general and filing complaints. The items arrived. Neither were even close to what I ordered. It was very disappointing I didn’t check there reviews before I ordered and wish I had.

What I don’t understand is why there hasn’t been anything done about them continuing to steal from people. I’ve noticed they are not showing the models faces anymore but the clothes are the same with all of their bogus sites which all I have found are as follows:

********* ********* ********* ******** ******** ******** ******** And many more. All bogus and not a thing is keeping fhem from continuing to steal money through international trade, US post office and more.

What is being done about this?

Cloths do not resemble what they look like online.and don’t fit.

Takes at least 5-6 weeks for delivery.

If you need to return ,you have to ship the returns back to China at your expense.

Annie cloth offers 15% refund of your purchase if you don’t return the cloths.

Only uses email to communicate and keeps just repeating the same emails.

Very misleading, a scam company. Do not get involved with Annie Cloth.

Jeffrey – Aug 05, 2020

This business is so unscrupulous.
I received the order on July 31st and the items didn’t fit and the quality was so poor, I contacted them same day to return the items. They have a small slip in the package with 7 steps you’re required to do. They state they will contact you in 24-48 hours to “approve the return”. After waiting 72 hours ( you are only allowed 7 days to return your items), I sent another e-mail giving them the shipping carrier and tracking number. Four days later, they stated, you cannot return to that address it has to go to China and there will be no refunds if it’s sent anywhere else. My package left.
They are sneaking and zero transparency!

Out of all the clothing companies out there, do yourselves a favor and avoid this one! It’s a complete scam.

The website looks like they have great products and deals, but don’t be fooled.

I placed an order of $150.00 on 7/6/20 and received my clothing on 7/25/20.

On 7/10/20, my order still said "processing," when I checked the status. The only contact information that was available was an email address. No phone, no address. I emailed and did receive a response and they said it was "processing." I tried tracking the packages with the number they provided and my results came up "invalid number." Again, I reached out and they sent me a tracking number in Chinese. I don’t speak Chinese.

I asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund. They replied, they could not. I had to receive the packages and then send back (at my own expense).

I finally received the packages and they are all poor quality, the bags were dirty and clothing was NOTHING like what was described on the website. I opened all the packages outside with gloves and mask.

They included directions to "return" the packages. I followed the directions, by emailing. They responded that I needed to detail out my order (not what the original packing slip stated.) I revised and set back as requested by the email. They responded with a response that said, I was responsible to send back to Gauangshou, China and that I may be responsible for custom fees. They would need to inspect my items before they would issue a refund.

They also stated international returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs. They offered to give a 15% cash refund instead of returning the items. If there are any sizing issues, I can use the funds to alter clothing.

At this point, I do want to return, however it’s going to cost more to return and there is no guarantee that my refund will even happen due to the location. There is no one to contact. They won’t even send an address.

Be aware of this company. The clothing they sent is horrible. NOTHING what was stated on the website.

I work heard and to have a China based "company" take it from me or anyone in the United States is wrong.

Lee – Jul 25, 2020

It’s a complete fraud!
I ordered 4 items advertised as cotton and all of them ara horrible polyester. Completely different from the photos.
Terrible quality and they arrived 1 month after the date they promise.

Marcus – Jul 23, 2020

This site is a scam! They sell very cheap knock offs of the clothing they advertise. The cotton t shirt I ordered was not cotton but some shiny cheap polyester blend, and was not even the same style as advertised. The print on the fabric very crude. The Boho Manches tunic also shiny cheap polyester with printed weave of cotton, not the actual cotton fabric shown on the website, extremely garish. Not sized properly for US sizes. All the items I ordered were the same; cheap crude imitations of the items on the website all very poor quality. The order took almost a month to arrive. This is a site out of China and they send clothing that is not fit for the clearance misfit rack, and they expect the customer to pay for international shipping to return it! Buyer beware! It is just a con.

Randi – Jul 20, 2020

I ordered three items after being bombarded by really cute clothing ads on the internet. I placed this order May 10th. After 30 days I wrote to Annie Cloth and they wrote back saying that I could track the order with a fake tracking number. This tracking number told me that my order had been received in South San Francisco and had been given to another carrier. That’s where it ended. After writing to them 2-3 more times the order finally arrived July 10 – 60 days later!

The clothes were very thin & cheap and the sizing was completely off. I take a size Large and these 3 items were more like an American small! They gave lots of reasons why they couldn’t refund my money from “two of the three items are non-refundable to you will have to return the 3rd item to China!” THIS IS A SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED. I can see from reading all these complaints that the FBI and Attorney General needs to be involved. They are scamming people all over the United States – not just in California – but that’s where I’m starting because of the return address on their bill of lading. This is the address (which our post office says is not a valid street): 216 Hattis Court, South San Francisco CA 94080.

It will be a cold day in hell before I order from any internet company that I’ve never heard of. There’s another one bombarding me with emails – very similar – it’s called WISH. Nope – not going there, sorry.

This company AnnieCloth Fashions has a very legit looking web site and sells very reasonably priced clothing and other items. However, no where on the web site did it say they were located in China and that they shipped from China. I purchased two dresses and it took nearly a month or so to finally receive them. Prior to their arrival I had emailed this company asking them what was taking so long for my shipment and was told because of the COVID-19 things were running slower than usual, etc. So when the package finally arrived I couldn’t believe the awful and cheap quality of these dresses and also the sizing was so "off" they didn’t fit and I wanted to return them.

In order to return them you have to go to their web site and find the "return/refunds" (I believe it said) and jump through a bunch of hoops just to get the "OKAY" to return items. By the way, the shipping bag they were shipped in said they were shipped from San Francisco, CA, not China! When they approved the return they said something to the affect that "it is going to cost you a lot to return the package because we are located in China". So I went to the USPS site to try to figure out how much it would cost to return the package and it was nearly 3/4 of what I paid for the purchase just to return it!! So of course I accepted their offer because it was either that or get NOTHING!!

THIS IS A SCAM!! I researched a web site for reviews of this site (made by customers just like me) and was SHOCKED to see how many other people had been given the same run around AND the same "15% return offer"!! THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!! Can anything be done about this, it is clearly a rip-off. You can read the dozens and dozens of complaints almost identical to mine at:

trustpilot.com/review/anniecloth.com

Please contact me and let me know what, if anything can be done about these RIP-OFF ARTISTS!!

Please advise as to what action can be taken about this problem. So many people have already been ripped off by these creeps!

Also, I have a packing slip but was unable to scan it for you unfortunately.

Thank you,

Ads for women’s clothing frequently pop up along the margin when I am reading other website pages online. One ad was for Annie Cloth. The blouses were attractive so I clicked on their website and ordered three items totalling $124. The money was instantly deducted from my credit card although it took five weeks for the items to actually reach me. They said the would send an e-mail when the items shipped. I never received such an e-mail and after three weeks I e-mailed them to ask about the status of my order. Two weeks later I received the three items via USPS. I immediately saw that I did not like the color of two of the items so I didn’t even remove them from their clear plastic packaging. There was no return information with the order, just a receipt which said I needed to e-mail them for return instructions and address. I have since e-mailed them three times requesting that information. The packaging receipt says that I need to receive return permission and a return address label from the company, and that all returns must be sent within 15 days of receipt or the return won’t be accepted. I received the package on July 6th and have e-mailed them three times since then requesting the return info. In their last response they said that their return processing center is in Gangzhou, China and that I would likely have to pay customs fees to ship a return and that it would take a very long time to receive a return, so they suggested that I accept an alternative which is that they would refund me 15% of the purchase price in order to save me the time and money of attempting to send the returned items. They still have not sent me a return address or return shipping label that their directions require. I believe they are simply running down the clock until 15 days are up, and have no intention of ever issuing a return for the unwanted items. I do not know what I can do about this, but thankfully the order price was not super large!

Deborah – Jul 16, 2020

Placed an order on June 10,20. Contacted customer service via email three times to check status of order. One email said delivery would take 7 to 30 days. Eventually received order on 7/13/20. Very cheap quality, not true to size, (runs very small) and material is thin and cheap. Looking at the pictures of the models and description of the clothing causes me to think that the pictures are simply copied from reputable manufacturers and the clothing are knockoffs. I would not recommend this company. Order at your own risk. Do not order from this company. There was supposed to be a free pair of earrings which were not included in the order.

On June 6th 2020 I made a purchase through Anniecloth.com due to the great price on summer dresses and t-shirts they had in the amount of $119.70. On June 15th I went online and noticed my items were shipped with a tracking number attached, so I decided to place a second order in the amount of $135.81 On June 20th I still hadn’t received my first order and my 2nd order showed still processing on the Anniecloth website. I sent an inquiry via email and received an automated message asking to provide all of the info I provided in the first email. I did so a 2nd time. 24 hours later i received the same automated response yet again. Becoming upset I searched other ways to get into contact with this company and found there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE phone number anywhere on the website, or Google. I then used the tracking number they provided to check with USPS there website says my package was picked up by a shipping partner from South San Francisco. I called USPS and their automated system told me the same information but added that the package had not ever been received by USPS from the shipping partner. Forward to today I am still emailing the company to no avail, and my 2nd order 9 days after placing it says it’s still being processed. I have now begun emailing them as well on the 2nd order to have them cancel it, and return my money. (Same automated message) is being received. So currently I am out close to $256.00. I ADVISE YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHANCES AND ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE REVIEWS ARE TERRIBLE . usually I am careful about these things but let my guard down while on quarantine and this is what happens.

I did not click on the link from the add, instead, I did a search for the company and it looked secure. The scam is that the pictures of the clothing are not what they deliver. I ordered a piece of clothing from this company and was sent something very different. Basically, their website shows a sweater but they sent a cheap/polyester item. Different material, different pattern, different colors. They present as a company in California, but (when I finally got the opportunity to communicate with someone in customer service) I was told I had to return the item to China if I wanted to get a full refund. I requested a full refund including shipping. I was told I had to return the item to get the full refund. So I returned it, spending return shipping of $23.50 — per their return instructions. So far I have received no refund. They have offered a partial refund of about half (refunding for the returned item but not the shipping). I have not accepted and have an open case with paypal to try to resolve it. I do not hold much hope that I will get a full refund. But I am filing this complaint to help warn others about this company. I believe they are doing business illegally. It is not a matter of things looking a bit different in person vs online. It is not a case of me just not liking something I ordered. It appears to me that this company purposefully tricks people on a regular basis — with false advertising/fake photographs on their website. The return process is then elusive and erratic. Again, I believe this is intentional, to make the return process so difficult, frustrating, and/or expensive that people will give up. I know ScamPulse.com can’t regular foreign companies, but I would not have shopped with this company if they had presented themselves as being in China (instead of in the US). Mostly, I am filing a complaint because I believe they are doing business illegally and in the hope of helping other people not get duped. Thank you. Do not buy from this company! This company puts beautiful photos of various trendy fashion items for cheap prices on their website. After you pay for it, it takes up to 20 days for the item to arrive if it ever does. The company is in China! The photos misrepresent their items and what you actually receive will be cheap knockoffs and are not made of the materials advertised. They will not offer a refund or return shipping. Annie Cloth has ads on numerous websites. I saw them on CNN.com. They advertise clothing. I placed an order 2 weeks ago – 10/17/19 . My credit card was billed on 10/20/19. My order has not shown up. I tracked the order on 10/31/19 and the tracking log came up in all Chinese symbols with the only English being 2019-10-25 17:25 CHINA, SUZHOU EMS, Processed Through Facility. There is no indication that what you ordered on the website is coming from China. There is no customer service phone number listed in the US. There is no reply from email sent to the email address. There are numerous people on various sites about on-line scams commenting about this company; about orders never showing up, unknown charges on the credit card used to make the purchase from this company after ordering from the company, partial orders showing with things that were not ordered, and warning others this company is a scam.

I don’t know what the ScamPulse.com can do about a foreign company that advertises on US websites but if you can help please do so.

Thank you

Annie Cloth is an online business, connected to Facebook Accounts. They send very fashionable, chic, trendy clothing ads to unsuspecting customers and the prices are very reasonable, luring customers to order. I saw two very attractive, Icelandic-Nordic coats that were blue and one was green made of a warm thermal fleece and with full embroidery embellishment. They had a promotion, in which $71.00 was charged to my credit card for the merchandise. It took close to a month for the October 1st order to be processed and sent. I had no idea that the company or factory distribution was China. The items arrived with a USA distribution address from Monroe Township, NJ. It weighed less than 5 lbs, and clearly wasn’t at all what was advertised. Instead, I received two ultra-thin, felt coats that are wafer thin and were stamped with smudged, ink flowers instead of the embroidery. It is so flimsy that it wouldn’t hold up if the wind blew the wrong way; totally inferior quality and looks like a child put it together. I contacted the company via email and it took three attempts and they said my only recourse was to send it back at my cost to China and also pay customs fees, which would not pay me to do. My credit card was charged and I am trying to get MasterCard to negate these charges. Afterwards, I noticed online thousands of complaints about this company online and how items if sent were nothing closely resembling the merchandise photographed online and people called it a terrible scam in which many, many people are being duped. I am a senior citizen and had hoped to give one of the coats to my sister, but this would be a source of embarrassment if I tried passing this onto her.

I ordered clothing and accessories. When I received a order has been shipped notification and tried to track it, is where, it was obvious I’d been scammed. The money was immediately deducted/paypal was a scam as well. I’ve received nothing.

  1. Never order clothing from this company unless you are sure of sizing and quality because you can’t get a refund from them. I had a similar experience as others who have left reviews here.
This company is a scam and I will never order from them again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from them.
