I called a amazon number, which I thought it was anyway. I was cancelling a subscription to a tv service and the caller pretended to refund me through cash app. A team viewer app was installed on my phone and the caller scammed $329 from my account in less than 5 minutes. I contacted cash app with the name, ID and phone number of the scammer, and they emailed me back with there is nothing they can do,

I am selling my car and getting several scam based inquiries primarily from CraigsList.

I am just reporting this one as it offers more info than the rest.
They want me to go to the web link to provide VIN number reports and then email them to the email address provided.
I stopped and have not continued any further so did not get to the taking money part.
