The location of the property is 4315 Bridge St Cambria, CA 93428
this was originally a craigslist add however it has been flaged for removal. we went to the address to check it out and it appears there is a business licence posted inside the house.
this is the contents of original posy.
"This home sleeps up to 4 people and all utilities are paid for with rental fee. If you need parking for more than 3 cars, it is imperative that you inquire about other guests being at this location during your stay. There is additional on-street parking($50)
The following amenities are included in the rent:
* Central air conditioning
* High Speed Wi-Fi
* Parking space
* Flat screen TV with cable and DVD player
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
* Refrigerator
* Microwave
* Washer/Dryer

What is required of you to hold the apartment is to make an advance payment equal to 100% of the rental fee plus the security fee of $1000 which will be refunded back to you on your departure day as long as the Amenities ARE IN GOOD SHAPE/NOT DAMAGED also which enables you reserve and secure the apartment for your choosing date. The advance payment is required before arrival.

here is additional txt msg I recieved by both my boyfriend and I a week apart
"I would have loved to meet with you to handle this in person but i am out of the city at the moment, my daughter is a little sick at the moment and she was hospitalized a few days ago, so i had to be here to take care of her and i’ll be back as soon as she gets better."
she won’t answer the phone or show this rental just asking for signed paperwork .
