Another home owner screwed out of a deposit for fencing installation by Seth Churan.
He took my deposit and strung me along for 4 months with false claims, texts, etc. Last night even offered to meet me in person to return my deposit. Of course he was a no show.
Now I find out he has scammed others out of their hard earned money for his own criminal use.
I am a struggling single mother and needed this money desperately.
