They post fake prices that are much lower than other websites. Only after putting in all personal information and credit card info and clicking submit do they say that someone else has already booked that room. They now have all of my personal information and I wasn’t able to book a room. This site is such a scam. A google search shows many others have experienced this. I should have checked but it is shown so prominently on Google, I would think Google would have some quality control.

I booked a room for a night, and the website changed my check in dates without me realizing. After I cancelled according to their policy, I would be getting a full refund after 3 – 5 days. I was speaking to an online representative and they told me I was not qualified for a refund because my booking was non refundable, despite my email confirming the cancellation said I would be getting a full refund. After arguing with the online representative, they refused to give me a straight answer and kept avoiding my questions.
