Was trying to find ACA rates because I am without a job and need health insurance soon. I entered my name, address and phone number because it said that it could help me find insurance rates, and they called me 15 times in 30 minutes. I spoke with them several times asked them to stop calling me – each time they talked over me, and were very rude. They asked me for personal information and when i asked to be taken off of their call list they said there is no call list "everyone that has called you today is from a different company." How did they know that other people had called me then?
Also, they left two messages. One which said my name "My name, You’re an [censored]." The other was someone cussing and swearing and trying to order lunch. One of the men that called me was very rude and was bullying me, and when i asked his name he would not tell me his name.
I am scared that these people may be trying to scam other people to get their personal information, if it is a real business, they are not helping people, they are trying to shame and bully them into buying their broker services.
