I had this man, Franklin Anderson, call me and say that I won $2.5 million. He told me to go to my bank and open a checking account. I was to let him know by tomorrow the account information and he would wire transfer the money to the account. He asked for my cell phone number, I told him no. He continued to ask information about my spouse, my bank information, etc.
